Not only are our oils cholesterol free, gluten free, and high in antioxidants, but of particular note to health-concerned home chefs is their smoke point. There are different oils suited to your different cooking needs. If you are sautéing something like shrimp and fresh veggies, for instance, which requires a high heat, an oil with a higher smoke point will be a healthier choice and more delicious. One of our oils like Avocado, Grape Seed or Peanut will be perfect and will add a touch of extraordinary flavor to your dish. For a marinade or salad dressing like  Spicy Asian Dressing, however, you would want to use a low smoke point Loriva Oil, such as our Extra Virgin Sesame or Walnut Oils, that typically have more delicate flavors to enhance the fresh taste of your dish.

Our Oils

Avocado Oil

Loriva Avocado Oil is expeller pressed from fresh avocados then naturally refined. The refining is done without chemicals to create a light color with a mild flavor and no heavy aftertaste. This oil has a particularly high smoke point so it is useful at high temperatures, even for frying. avocado oil, like olive and canola oil, is very high in monounsaturated fats and is a good source of vitamin E. Try Avocado Oil drizzled over fruit, heirloom tomatoes, and any kind of salad.
Smoke Point: 500°F.

Walnut Oil

Canola Oil

Loriva Canola Oil is cold pressed and processed without any harmful chemicals. Italian Grape Seed Oil

Naturally extracted and refined without the use of chemicals, Loriva Italian Grape Seed Oil features a very mild, fruity flavor as well as excellent nutritional benefits. 100% Pure American Sunflower Oil Supreme

This cholesterol free, Pure American Sunflower Oil is an outstanding all-purpose oil for stir-frying, dressing salads, frying and baking. It is an excellent substitute for butter or olive oil. Use it in rice and grain dishes or on fresh baked bread.

5-Pepper Hot Pepper Oil
